Due to the custom nature of products, all sales of gift cards and printed products shall be final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. 

We carefully package prints for shipping; however if your print becomes damaged during the shipping process, mail the print(s) back to us and once we receive the print back, we will ship out another print immediately (we do not issue refunds for damaged prints; however we can replace them).
