-- The 'jetstream' of this system starts off pretty much in OKL and heads into the OHIO RIVER VALLEY, then occludes in the Great Lakes region with very intense dynamics

-- 1065+mb HIGH invades central USA, I believe originating from Siberia... thru Alberta with insanely cold temps and worse windchills. Air mass literally dives down the Rockies and ultimately influences as far south as about CANCUN!

--Absolutely incredible system and 'inland hurricane' practically. To see this evolve like this and NOT be a true Nor'Easter on the coast (minus the QPF factor) is astounding! Prolonged blizzard near Toronto and Buffalo. 

-- Many times I've seen 950s mb in modeling (but that’s overdone a bit) when this thing winds up and spins out with it's center likely just NW of TORONTO

-- Wind machine with evil windchills in the Plains especially, and other regions that aren't use to it, even with less extreme than the Plains, but still very dangerous. Then it roars in the Great Lakes region....

-- Some good news is that it won't sit long and heads out before really getting to bury the Northeast and eastern Canada. 2 things from that is that 'totals' are more limited and, the cold associated with this Low's wrap-around back side will be pretty wicked, but only about 2 days really.... then we balance-out again......

-- Could be some 'FLASH FREEZE' events starting around maybe St. Louis on THurs. noon, and crashing ENE up the OHIO RIVER VALLEY and into the Appalachians by FRIDAY dawn. Then energy expands into Canada as well.

--HELLO NY/NEW ENGLAND - Pretty impressive amount of rain, deluge rains at times FRIDAY afternoon, before the cold hits around rush hr Friday before Christmas.....

-- Looks like eventually, the freeze line gets down to about even further south than Jackson, MS by latitude across the Gulf states over to GA.

--At height of this Low's sequence, it is going to Roar for awhile especially in the eastern Great Lakes....  really amazing visuals even in data, and I can't wait for the satellite imagery too.

-- At one point in modeling (a couple days in a row now) this monstah Low after it matures and maxes, literally parks itself temporarily right over my beautiful wife's place in southern Ontario....

THIS CHRISTMAS STORM is going to be a Beast, yet it will leave NEW ENGLAND ice cold and brown ground after ALOT of rain and winds. The SNOW TRACK is going to go thru the center of the Great Lakes region and on into east-central CANADA with immense blizzard conditions. Time to prep for a deep freeze and wicked dangerous cold  for a little while - Hibernation Mode likely! Rather unique storm overall. Tell your people!
